Nokia OneConnectedWorld 2009
We had the privilege of being invited to Nokia’s OneConnectedWorld at Hilton KL yesterday. Nokia shared market opportunities around Ovi Store (we have an account btw), and showcasing the possibilities of Web Run-Time Technology (WRT) and unveiled some exciting initiatives to support the creation and development of mobile applications together with senior executives from Cradle Fund and MDeC.
There was also a show floor (see pictures) showcasing some of the WRT app developed by OTHER developers NOT from Malaysia. It’s really sad that there weren’t any local developers showcasing their apps … oh wait, oh yeah, there aren’t any! How disappointing. Well, we’re going to change that. Nerd Attack will be developing some apps soon.

Take a look at these set of web templates in the Forum Nokia library providing a series of custom, styled, and tested mobile web components.
These components are suitable for most S60 3rd Edition and S60 5th Edition devices from Nokia and also are compatible with newer Series 40 WebKit and Maemo devices. You guys can either mix and match the components or use the full series to completely customise your mobile website or application.
