Freemium: Free and Premium classifieds

We were approached by Long Tail to see if we're game to develop a chinese classified system. Bear in mind that we can't read chinese ... but hey, we're up for a challenge as always.

The concept is pretty simple. This website will serve as a portal for users to post free online classifieds while giving them the option to have it published on a range of chinese magazines for a fee, hence the name Freemium (based on the freemium business model).

This portal is connected to the IPAY 88 payment gateway to facilitate online transactions.

Our scope of work included the development of a flash widget that displays the latest classified advertisement by the user.

A mobile version of the site was also part of the requirement.
